This 6-week Small Group Training is designed to help you train with purpose while building strength, speed, and endurance. Whether you're training for an event or chasing a personal record, Knightrox will help you develop your fitness skills and reach your goals. 

This program runs from August 31st thru October 16th. Registration opens on August 17th and closes September 2nd. Come prepared on Mondays on the Functional turf and Wednesdays in the Knightfit studio at 5pm with a water bottle and a positive mindset
