Drum Your Stress Away! - CAPS Workshops

Tuesday, February 27, 2018 noon to 1 p.m.

Experience the power of music to help you lower stress, increase relaxation skills, build intrapersonal support, and discover your personal rhythm. In this workshop, you will use drums to express yourself by engaging in an evidence-based program to increase overall wellness.

* No musical experience necessary. Drums provided.

Part of the Take Charge Tuesdays workshop series, presented by CAPS.

CAPS workshops are free, require no sign-up, and seats are provided on a first-come first-serve basis.
