• Anxiety 101 - Anxiety 101 (Recurring Event)

  This drop-in workshop helps students develop skills in coping with anxious thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Students will learn about myths and realities of anxiety and develop practical skills that they can use. This is a recurring workshop on Fridays 12:00 - 1:00 pmduring spring semester. Beginning February 15; ending April 19.
