    Sign up for group swim lessons online or in the Administration Office! All group swim lessons are free for students. Beginner: Monday/Wednesday 4pm-5pm, Tuesday/Thursday 4pm-5pm, or Tuesday/Thursday 10am-11am Intermediate: Tuesday/Thursday 11am-noon, or Tuesday/Thursday 5pm-6pm Advanced: Monday/Wednesday 5 pm- 6 pm For any questions, stop by the Lap Pool or email aquatics@ucf.edu

    This 12 week half marathon running program will prepare participants for the OUC Half Marathon in December. The training group meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 7am outside the RWC. No previous half marathon experience is required, however previous fitness experience is recommended.
