  Study Union Fall 2012 runs Sunday, December 2nd through Tuesday, December 11th. The Student Union is open 24 hours and turns into Study Union where SARC student staff host 70+ final review sessions during the ten day event. • Mindfulness & Meditation Experience

  Counseling and Psychological Services

  This workshop is designed to help students learn new ways of managing stress in their lives. Students will participate in a meditation experience to help develop relaxation skills and provide an opportunity to reduce stress.
