  Thursdays 1:00-2:00pm This drop-in workshop is for current or new CAPS clients who want to gain more balance in their lives by working on relationships, self-acceptance, and emotional control. • Belay Class

  June 13, 2013 at 7:15 p.m. until 9:15 p.m.
  Recreation and Wellness Center

  This class is an introductory level to teach participants how to properly use belay equipment and basic safety rules. After completing class and demonstrating your new skills, you will be UCF belay certified and able to belay other climbers. Belay classes need to be signed-up in advance at the climbing tower. Belay classes are free for current students.
