Events at UCFEmotional Intelligence for Individual/Team Insights is designed to enhance emotional intelligence (EI) at both individual and team levels. Participants will explore the core components of EI, including self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy and social skills. Through interactive activities, case studies and reflective exercises, learners will gain insights into their own emotional strengths and areas for development.
