SSWBNational Drug & Alcohol Facts Week is held March 21-27 and WHPS will be holding various events throughout the week dedicated to sharing facts about drugs, alcohol, and addiction. Come join WHPS on Memory Mall to learn about healthy ways to cope with stress instead of alcohol and other substances. We will have a calming coloring activity and other prizes!
SSWBThe RWC offers American Red Cross Adult CPR/AED, First Aid Blended Learning classes. The Blended Learning class includes an online portion (approx. 2-3 hours long) and an instructor-led class skills session (approx. 1 hour long). SSWBThe RWC’s F45 Playoff is a 1-day special event where students put their fitness to the test! Teams of 2 will compete to challenge their strength, agility, and cardiovascular fitness. Teams will register compete using 10 different stations and receive a score based off the reps they complete. After the final class, the overall team winner will be announced!
