Exercise and Mental Health

While the exact mechanisms remain unclear, one thing is for sure, exercise can improve mood, decrease symptoms of depression and anxiety, and improve energy levels. Join us to find out just how exercise can help to heal the mind and ways to go about exercise in a safe and healthy way.
