  Give your brain a breather. Beginning Monday, April 6, UCF will start its Mindfulness Monday series on Instagram Live. Every Monday at noon, a representative from UCF Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) will lead a live meditation session through @ucf.edu on Instagram. The practice will last 10-20 minutes.
