  The chart topping Flying Horse Big Band is part of the Jazz Program at the University of Central Florida School of Performing Arts. Under the direction of saxophonist and American jazz musician, Jeff Rupert, the Flying Horse Big Band performs at festivals and concert halls regionally and nationally.   To complete a belay certification, patrons must first complete a belay class. After demonstrating competency in safety and skills, patrons can complete a belay test.
