Students who are serious about weight lifting are encouraged to participate in the RWC’s 2nd annual Power Lifting Competition. Each participant will be given three attempts on bench Press, deadlift, and squat to accumulate the most weight and a chance to be the UCF RWC’s power lifting champion!
