  This 12-week program is designed to gradually build up the participant’s cardiovascular endurance in preparation for the OUC Half-Marathon on Saturday, December 7th.   Women are taking over the weight floor! This program is designed introduce our lady Knights on resistance training equipment, resistance training exercise techniques, and most of all to build confidence on the weight floor. The program will run Monday - Friday at 7:00 a.m. Each session will last approximately 60 minutes.
