    Women are taking over the weight floor! This program is designed introduce our lady Knights on resistance training equipment, resistance training exercise techniques, and most of all to build confidence on the weight floor. The program will run Monday - Friday at 7:00 a.m. Each session will last approximately 60 minutes.
