  Recreation and Wellness Center

  Join us for a morning Yoga stretch at the RWC's Leisure Pool, and then jump in the pool for a swim! Please bring a mat, water bottle, and towel. Registration opens online one week in advance. Walk-ins welcome.

  Come out to our Flag Football Rules Clinic if you are interested in learning more about the rules of flag football or how to officiate the sport! This event will take place on August 25 from 4 - 6pm in room 206 at the RWC.
