Cycle is a high intensity cardiovascular class that incorporates power, resistance, strength and endurance on our stationary bikes. This class is 45 minutes long and will take place on the sixth floor Unionwest Skydeck. No experience needed. For access to the skydeck, meet us on the first floor on Unionwest near Subway by 11:55 a.m.
