Students who are serious about powerlifting are encouraged to participate in the Recreation and Wellness Center (RWC)'s annual powerlifting competition on Thursday, April 16. Yoga helps relieve physical, mental and emotional stress, and seeks to bring out the best in you. This event will take place at Lake Claire. Please bring your own mat. Walk-ins are welcome.
