  • Triathlon Training

    This 12 week program will run from January 31st through April 7th and will perpare participants for the Ron Jon Cocoa Beach Sprint Triathlon (swim 1/4 mile, bike 12.5 miles, run 3.1 miles).     Fit Course - Personal Training Participants will meet in the RWC Wet Classroom on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30pm-7pm. The program runs from 3/20-4/19. This free five week course will prepare participants for a national personal training certification as well as give them insight on how to be successful personal trainers.     Calling All Guys! Guys on Group Exercise will be a male only group exercise class, exposing our gentlemen to some of our awesome group exercise formats.
