  • Cycle on the Skydeck

    Cycle is a high intensity cardiovascular class that incorporates power, resistance, strength, and endurance on our stationary bikes. This class is 45 minutes in length and will take place on the 6th floor Unionwest Skydeck! No experience needed! For access to the skydeck, meet us on the 1st floor on Unionwest near Subway by 11:55am.
