  • Half Marathon Training

    Recreation and Wellness Center

    This 12 week half marathon running program will prepare participants for the OUC Half Marathon in December. The training group meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 7am outside the RWC. No previous half marathon experience is required, however previous fitness experience is recommended. Our pacers will be running under a 15 minute mile to comply with OUC's race pace requirement. …

  • Fit Course: Personal Training

    Recreation and Wellness Center: 206

    This FREE 4 week course is designed to educate students on the general process and education necessary towards becoming a Personal Trainer. Concepts will include anatomy, assessment, and evaluation. We will meet Fridays from 2pm-3:30pm in the RWC Room 206. The program runs 10/19-11/9. Click Here to Register

  • IM Dodgeball Last Knight Standing!

    Recreation and Wellness Center: MAC Gym

    The dodgeball last knight standing one day tournament is an event where players sign up as individuals to play several different versions of dodgeball. Once here, they will be placed into teams of 6. After each game players are placed on different teams and gain points as they last longer in each game.Will be played on Courts 5 & 6
