The RWC's Women on Weights Program is designed to teach female-identifying patrons how to lift weights, execute proper form, and feel more confident in the gym. No experience is required, and all levels are welcome. This event runs Tuesday 2/28 and Thursday 3/2 from 7:30am-9:00am in the RWC at Knights Plaza.
