  • Half Marathon Training

    This 12 week half marathon running program will prepare participants for the OUC Half Marathon in December. The training group meets Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 7am outside the RWC.     This 5 week course is designed to provide students with the practical skills need to effectively teach different formats of group exercise classes. Concepts will include group fitness class safety, musicality, class design and formatting, choreography, modifications, and rhythmical muscle toning movement to develop aerobic fitness.
